SilverStripe CMS.

I've heard SilverStripe is good so I checked it out:
SilverStripe is an Open Source PHP MVC framework that is easy to extend because it's modular in design.
There's an online demo, some documentation in the wiki and good support in the forum. And we all know that Community Support is a major factor when choosing any project that's Open Source.
