javascript to alter parts of a flash file
Submitted by smdnetau on Tue, 06/19/2007 - 08:38Is it possible alter a Flash file from a html form? I have four form drop-down boxes, each containing several colours (red, blue, green etc). When the user selects a colour, part of the image changes to that colour. The image will most likely be just an outline with four distinct areas. Can it also be done without refreshing the page?
Thanks
Martin

DHTML animation with Sine Curves
Submitted by rimian on Thu, 11/09/2006 - 14:18A graphic designer friend of mine built a site for me with dynamic menus that moved when the user triggered a particular event like a mouseover. It was a requirement that these menus accelerated to look smooth and aesthetically pleasing. After looking through some not so good examples on line, it became apparent that I should go back to my Year 12 Mathematics text book to refresh my memory.
