Flash Person needed

I need a little work done on a flash template. Only small stuff like menu text changes and a few image changes as well. Maybe a 1-2 hour job, nothing big.
The template guide says you need Flash CS3 or Flash 8 + AS2 webserver with PHP to make edits. Thank you
