CSS Layout

Hey,

I have a website which is run by Website Baker, I've recently undertaken re-designing the layout for my site. Im not an expert but know enough to work out a fair bit.

I've got it looking how I want with css in safari/firefox/etc but doesn't work as I want in IE and needs the css fixed up to render correctly in IE.

Looking for someone that would be able to look at it and get it running as it should.
