Web developer needed for Paypal Integration

Hi,
My friend/developer created a paypal checkout system and forgot to put it from sandbox mode back into live mode before going on holiday recently.
If anyone can help me, please let me know how much you would charge and how fast you think it can get done.
If anyone is interested in the job let me know and I will provide the website address in a PM.
I'm looking to get this done today ideally.

All the code is there, and for someone who knows what they're doing, it would apparently according to my programmer, take no more than 2 minutes. It was working yesterday. If you would like to see the code before accepting, please PM me and I'll give you the link.

Dude to take paypal from sandbox to production is like a 10minute job if the codes there
