PHP programmer available for contract and freelance work.

My experience in scripting PHP, Javascript and MYSQL dates from 2000.
More recently (3+ years) I’ve been using AJAX elements as intuitive user
interfaces have become more popular and broadband essentially ubiquitous.
With the onset of standards and XHTML I’ve used this strict implementation
primarily within administration and content management areas of websites.
I've been programming perl, designing websites, and doing graphic design
prior to that date starting in 1994 in Los Angeles, CA.

Hi Peter,
I am a web designer looking for a php developer to build a corporate company site with full CMS. The site will have a public frontend consisting of about 6-7 pages, and a secured 'member' area with separate information that will also be content managed.
Client budget = approx $12000
