From Wikipedia entry on Malware,
"The expression is a general term used by computer professionals to mean a variety of forms of hostile, intrusive, or annoying software or program code."
Sounds like Vista IS the Malware. :P
He he that's possibly going to get a few people fired up.
So the paperclip is definately malware. I notice Open Office have a light bulb thingy. Didn't anyone tell them those things suck?
Yeah, I think I hate the light bulb more than clippy.
I wouldn't mind Vista so much except for the fact they have jammed it with DRM, unnecessary overhead for an already semi-bloated product. I wish they had the balls to tell Hollywood where to go shove their unfair rights.
Office 2007 seems to be getting lots of good reviews.
I think the light bulb goes away if you piss it off doesn't it? The paper clip kept coming back. Did you see when that guy dressed as the paperclip on chaser? funny.
Maybe Microsoft didn't want to get on the wrong side of the DRM argument. I imagine if you didn't tow the line you could end up with a huge law suit if you weren't careful. They'd have to be a target. Lack of balls sounds about right.
