Lead developer / Manager - Part owner opportunity

We are a developer of a "best of breed" web-based student management system based in Melbourne, Australia. We have been in operation for four years and have grown into a profitable company with a mature product. We are now looking for a senior developer who wants to earn an excellent salary but who also wants to take an ownership stake in our company and lead the charge with our product into the future. This is an excellent opportunity for the right peson...we have 5 year existing contracts with blue-chip Australian providers and are currently negotiating with a distributor to take our product to the Indian market.

System is a "framework-based" object orientated architecture and uses C#, asp.Net, javascript, html, MS SQL DB.
