Developer in php needed for site changes

Hi
I have a ecommerce site that was developed in open source. The way I load products is very time consuming. I would like to do the following:
1.Update the CMS so I can load products, especially rings or items with different sizes on 1 page, not having to flip between screens etc.
2.Be able to edit all text pages
3.Change logo (as Im renaming it)
4. Move site to a new URL, I dont want to redirect I want to copy all files over to the new url.
5. Add pages, need to add 1 page with some simple text and graphics and add a logo on 1 product page (1 collection)
Please advise cost of this and timeframe.
Also advise where you are based.
