Apache mod_rewrite anyone?

Is anyone a seasoned user of Apache's mod_rewrite?

Anyway, back to business...
If anyone's looking for a mod_rewrite for Windows/IIS, ISAPI_Rewrite is what you're looking for:

It's an ISAPI filter you apply to IIS, then you can add all your rules to the httpd.ini file.
Mod Rewrite is pretty nice but looking through examples of code can be daunting. It's like reading ancient egyption text.
